As an artist, you never arrive at a fixed destination. THIS is the glory and reward of striving to master your craft and embarking on the path of curiosity and imagination while being in tireless pursuit of something greater than yourself”

About
J Amelita Facchiano, PhD considers her passion for fine arts and her talents as gifts from her parents.
Amelita’s first award came in seventh grade for her role as the Singing Nun. At 15, she won the only female role in the Fantastics which enjoyed a nine-month run at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago and landed her an opportunity to attend summer school at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) where she remained through high school and college. Amelita was invited to participate in the Miss America Pageant while attending UNCSA. She represented the state of North Carolina and was a semifinalist that earned some of her college funds.

Philanthropy
in the Arts

My personal hallmarks are simply: Faith, Hope, Love, Laughter and Gratitude. Love is the bridge between us and everything else. I choose to wear Gratitude like a cloak, for the only lasting beauty is beauty straight from the heart.
The greatest secret in the world is Love and Gratitude. Close your eyes. Fall in love. Embody the dedication of your healing offer of service through your art and Stay there!”
J Amelita Facchiano, PhD
